After the closing of my paperwork, the sales rep. Aldo took many extra steps to make sure I understood my vehicle. Honestly I am very disappointed, the service and sales department suck! I was very frustrated having to bring my vehicle more than 3 times in the last 6 months to get the engine light checked, every time it was something different going wrong with it. Yāall never worked with me to get a rental, I was the one always reaching out to check on the status of my vehicle, because Stephanie with the service department will never keep me up to date with everything that was going on with it. The last times I called she was never at her desk she would never returned my calls. I wanted to trade in my vehicle because of all the issues Iāve been having with it. I went to talk to Shane he was suppose to give me a call the next day he never did. I had to reach it the GM because you all were not being helpful at all. It blows my mind that when you go to the dealership everyone is trying to help you buy a vehicle but when thereās issues with the vehicle no one is there to help you. So yes Iām very disappointed and upset with JK Chevrolet. I would never recommend anyone to go there!

The check-in staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership obtained the required parts and returned the car the same day though initially, the parts system showed that they would arrive the next day. And the work performed has clear the codes and it is running great.

My truck is being serviced for the second time in the past 3 1/2 months. The first time the vehicle was there it took 3 months for them to figure out the issue, and a week and a half later of using my truck Iāve had to take my truck back for service and it looks like itāll take a while again for them to figure it out and they didnāt provide me with a loaner vehicle knowing that my truck has been there for months previously. Itās as if they have no idea how to fix my vehicle and now Iām stuck without a vehicle and I need it to work and keep paying the bill for a vehicle that Iām not even using.

I spoke with Adam before leaving my vehicle on what needed to be fix he agreed...I called about my vehicle he fixed everything other...Most importantly it's taking at least 2months in I still don't have my car, then Im contacting them no one contacted me about my car then the desk clerk be lying in she's rude! Never again will I send a car there unless they're no longer employed
