I did not receive my vehicle in the same condition that I brought it in to be serviced and the company failed to rectify the situation. I contacted customer service over 3 days ago and still have not received a follow up with clarity as to how the company would help support me. If at all possible I'll never bring another vehicle to this location and am considering moving away from GM and Chevrolet products all together because of this service interaction.

I loved the place and the person who attended me was very friendly and courteous, the waiting area was very comfortable, I liked it, it was very clean, and they even offered us coffee. I really do recommend this establishment to all my friends.

The service techs did a good job. The inside of the truck was clean and rear axle was cleaned from the leaking pinion seal . The problem started when I called the service advisor to tell me what day to bring the truck in . I was told it would ready in 2 days . Two days turned into a week. When I called to check the status, I was told you were short staffed . You knew you were short staffed when I brought it in, so instead of keeping it a week, WHY didn't you tell me up front to bring it back in a week when it could be repaired . I think the only reason it got repaired was that I had to gripe to the service manager. He had the schedule rearranged to get my truck repaired. Your schedulers and techs need to be on the same page. This is NOT the way to run a business.
