Honestly I am very disappointed, the service and sales department suck! I was very frustrated having to bring my vehicle more than 3 times in the last 6 months to get the engine light checked, every time it was something different going wrong with it. Yāall never worked with me to get a rental, I was the one always reaching out to check on the status of my vehicle, because Stephanie with the service department will never keep me up to date with everything that was going on with it. The last times I called she was never at her desk she would never returned my calls. I wanted to trade in my vehicle because of all the issues Iāve been having with it. I went to talk to Shane he was suppose to give me a call the next day he never did. I had to reach it the GM because you all were not being helpful at all. It blows my mind that when you go to the dealership everyone is trying to help you buy a vehicle but when thereās issues with the vehicle no one is there to help you. So yes Iām very disappointed and upset with JK Chevrolet. I would never recommend anyone to go there!
