Confirmed Service Customer
Scheduled transmission diagnosis or service /oil change/ tire rotation and balance a week in advance. Was told upon arrival that I woukd not have my transmission looked at that day because there was only 1 tech and the next avaliable appointment was in 3 months. She stated I should try Classic in Beaumont. That's understandable, but I would rather have been told before the appointment time so that I could have cancelled the appointment and tried to get in at the alternate dealership. Also the waiting area had a very strong smell of body odor. There was no coffee, water, or anything for customers. There is a vending machine but it only takes cash. I tried to walk around to get fresh air but got immediately bombarded with a gentleman (although a polite one) trying to get me to trade in my truck for a new one even though I clearly stated I was just there for service. oil change and tires took just short of 3 hours to complete but I was one of 2 people in the waiting room. I stated that my transmission was having issues and she just said better get it serviced before the power train warranty expires...yes...thats what I was trying to do. Please review the upcoming appointments and contact accordingly if the maintenance or service cannot be completed. I took a day off to bring my truck in.

My truck was there for 4 months. My company went under because of this. No compensation for loss of revenue. No response or updates while my truck was there. I always had to call.

Paulette Harvill at JK Chevrolet provides me excellent customer service. She sends me a reminder when my oil change is needed. Then when I ask her for days that work best for me to drop it off, she fits me into the schedule and then drops me off at my office.

I went to JK Chevrolet in a panic because it was the second time that my car wouldn't start. I had my brother and Auto Zone Technician to look at it thinking it was the battery but they found No Problem. After I go to JK Chevrolet the founded the problem within 15 minutes also they look at my car when I go there. Service was excellent and the technician was very helpful understanding my panic.

There is not adequate communication between techs, service advisors, and customers. I have much more to share but it will not fit in this box. The service process left me in quite a bind the other day with no clear communication of what to expect. I can share a timeline via email if anyone even cares
