The service advisor was cordial and courteous. The waiting room was comfortable. The only thing that was annoying was that. I had to make 3 calls (attempts) before I was able to speak with anyone to make a service appointment.

Brought my truck a 2017 2500hd Duramax in to have two batteries installed they said about a hour. After about a hour a lady called and said I need a battery. I told her I had brought the truck there for two batteries that they were almost 6 years old and need to be replaced, she said OK. I got my truck at around 11 am for that hr. job. I drove the truck home parked it. That was Friday, then Sunday when I went to start it, it would not start, it would turn over but not start. So I called JK Monday morning and no one was available to take my call so I left a name and phone number and no one ever returned my call. I own this truck a 2021 Tahoe both bought at Turner Chevrolet in Crosby. I also have a 2024 Corvette ordered at JK I think is a mistake. Will have to determine weather to pick that up or not.

Keep my vehicle for over a month. Never called with updates. Finally got my car back. Next day same problem came up. Took it back and they kept it another two weeks. Again no communication. I had to go up to the dealer several times to get updates. Completely unprofessional.
