She was very cool to work with and very knowledgeable. Was not a bad experience

The oil change and tire rotation went well no issues . However my tire pressure monitor on the back drivers side went out when rotated it’s on the front drivers side . So now there All not working . I asked for a price to fix the monitors and was suppposed to be called back . I have not heard anything from the dealership and I can’t seem to get through over the phone to the service department. I would like to have the problem corrected asap if someone could reach out and let me know cost and a time to bring it in to be repaired . Thank Howard Lemaire

I believe JK has a higher-than-normal turnover rate in the service department which always creates internal challenges. Hiring higher qualified candidates cost more but they stay longer and are better versed at improving existing processes and implementing new ones. This is just one component of your reputation and with today's social media platforms it doesn't take many bad experiences to cost you a lot of money. When you can start running commercials about your service department vs. trucks splashing through mud you'll reach more people. We live in an instant gratification society and people want excellent service. When they get that, they'll pay more money and that's the end game.

I had a yellow warning light on. I tried contacting the service department and kept getting the run-around. I ended up contacting Jamie Kendrick, General Manager, who personally ensured that my car was serviced properly and in doing so reaffirmed my trust and loyalty to JK. I will continue to have my Malibu serviced at JK.

I had problems with 2026 1500 and despite the service giving me a week before the problem could be looked at , they were able to diagnose the problems and complete software updates to fix the problems and return my truck to me within 24hrs.

The wait for the vehicle that I ordered was insane but that’s not JK Chevrolet’s fault. Now that I have the vehicle, the rear wing that was ordered with the car still is not in nearly two weeks the car arrived. This would not be so bad BUT I am now driving a new Corvette with a bunch of holes in it because GM pre-drilled the mounting points for the wing! Needless to say I am slowly losing my patience!!!

Had my Malibu serviced yesterday and had great service. Appointment was easily made. When arriving, while waiting for servicing to be completed, and through bill payment, staff were always professional, friendly, and courteous. Waiting time was what was given. In and out with no problems.

We left that day and said that once we decided what vehicle we wanted, we would be back to talk with Sam and I’m so glad that we did. He was a great sales person and answered all of our questions.
