Salesman was great. Financing was quick. The only opportunity in my experience is I felt like maybe Katina was not totally honest with me about the vehicle I was wanting. I called around 1 that day and asked if it was still there and she said yes, so I scheduled an appointment for 4:15pm. When I get there, the salesman said they sold it that morning.

It was fine. Tired of receiving survey emails.

A great experience on a new truck build. From picking options, to placing the order, JK was there to answer any questions or concerns. They kept me updated on its progress as it moved through the build and shipment process. Delivery was smooth and painless. The truck is everything I expected and more. Sales Tony was very friendly and very effective in causing their sale to our great satisfaction. Sales managers also went an extra step to bring the price down to our acceptable levels. Overall experience with the car purchase was excellent. Tony even took care of the car. He took it out of the sun and put it in the shade after we bought it.

Tony Lute was my sales consultant. He was very patient while I was deciding which vehicle I was interested in. Once I purchased the vehicle he went over every detail of the vehicle, more than once, and helped me set up the things I needed set up. He was very kind and did not rush me. I would not hesitate to refer JK Chevrolet and Tony Lute to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

This experience is exactly why I don't use dealerships for any type of service to my vehicles. I needed to have a body control module installed and programmed in my vehicle and only a dealership can do the programming. I also needed a window regulator replaced and they charged me over $400 in labor for that alone. Then when I get my vehicle back there is something wrong with the driver side power mirror. Every time I start the vehicle the mirror changes position and they want to charge me another $165 just to diagnose it. It wasn't doing that when I dropped it off to them so I believe it is their responsibility to repair or at least diagnose without charging me.

I had a great experience working with Tony! He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Tony took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. It was truly a pleasure working with him—highly recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy and dedicated car salesperson!

Just felt that it took way too long to get the truck in to get it checked out. When we picked the truck up there was all sorts of wires hanging down out of the back of the truck.

He simply showed them the vehicle they were interested in and suggested looking at one vehicle. They really liked the other vehicle and we purchased it. Straight forward and no games. That’s is why I buy all my vehicles from him.

The oil change and tire rotation went well no issues . However my tire pressure monitor on the back drivers side went out when rotated it’s on the front drivers side . So now there All not working . I asked for a price to fix the monitors and was suppposed to be called back . I have not heard anything from the dealership and I can’t seem to get through over the phone to the service department. I would like to have the problem corrected asap if someone could reach out and let me know cost and a time to bring it in to be repaired . Thank Howard Lemaire

I had a yellow warning light on. I tried contacting the service department and kept getting the run-around. I ended up contacting Jamie Kendrick, General Manager, who personally ensured that my car was serviced properly and in doing so reaffirmed my trust and loyalty to JK. I will continue to have my Malibu serviced at JK.
