My truck is being serviced for the second time in the past 3 1/2 months. The first time the vehicle was there it took 3 months for them to figure out the issue, and a week and a half later of using my truck Iāve had to take my truck back for service and it looks like itāll take a while again for them to figure it out and they didnāt provide me with a loaner vehicle knowing that my truck has been there for months previously. Itās as if they have no idea how to fix my vehicle and now Iām stuck without a vehicle and I need it to work and keep paying the bill for a vehicle that Iām not even using.

I spoke with Adam before leaving my vehicle on what needed to be fix he agreed...I called about my vehicle he fixed everything other...Most importantly it's taking at least 2months in I still don't have my car, then Im contacting them no one contacted me about my car then the desk clerk be lying in she's rude! Never again will I send a car there unless they're no longer employed

My fiancĆ© and I came in scared hoping. It to Be bamboozeled by a sales man, and Joe made us feel so comfortable and was straight up and honest with us. He didnāt try to over sell or push us into a payment we couldnāt afford. He made sure I got every rebate I could and I was 100% comfortable with all the paperwork before ink touched it at all. Did everything pertaining to maintenance. No complimentary wash or vacuum, it's nothing new evert time I bring my vehicle in for service I get the same . Always get it back Dirty. Maybe I should bring it to Classic Chevrolet dealership. š¤

The service advisor was cordial and courteous. The waiting room was comfortable. The only thing that was annoying was that. I had to make 3 calls (attempts) before I was able to speak with anyone to make a service appointment.
