An appointment was made the previous week. I ge there and person waiting on me tells me my appointment is for the next day. This was not true, I had something screwed for the 13th. They took the and called me about 1.5 hours later. I picked the vehicle up about 12:30 at 5:45 pm the same warning should up. Had to bring the car back. Explain and showed pictures again. Finally Daisy asked me what was going and looked ay the pictures. Finally my vehicle was repaired. This should have happened on Sept 12th. I had miss hours from work.

Came in for first oil change and I would assume the fluids would be topped off . But I guess it was a big issue not to top off the washer fluid. I did ask about this when I made the appointment and was told yes that is part of it.

Honestly I am very disappointed, the service and sales department suck! I was very frustrated having to bring my vehicle more than 3 times in the last 6 months to get the engine light checked, every time it was something different going wrong with it. Yāall never worked with me to get a rental, I was the one always reaching out to check on the status of my vehicle, because Stephanie with the service department will never keep me up to date with everything that was going on with it. The last times I called she was never at her desk she would never returned my calls. I wanted to trade in my vehicle because of all the issues Iāve been having with it. I went to talk to Shane he was suppose to give me a call the next day he never did. I had to reach it the GM because you all were not being helpful at all. It blows my mind that when you go to the dealership everyone is trying to help you buy a vehicle but when thereās issues with the vehicle no one is there to help you. So yes Iām very disappointed and upset with JK Chevrolet. I would never recommend anyone to go there!

The check-in staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership obtained the required parts and returned the car the same day though initially, the parts system showed that they would arrive the next day. And the work performed has clear the codes and it is running great.
