During my recent experience with your service department (my vehicle was scheduled for an oil change & tire rotation) your Service Manager restored my faith in what customer service could/should be. Not that your service receptionist (I refer to them in this manner because they appear to only work from a pre-written script) was not kind and business like, they were. However, they did not or were not able to address my simple request to look at my windshield washer issue without charging me $115.00 extra just to look at it. Which I was not going to do under the conditions described to me. When I returned to pick up my truck and pay for service during lunch hour, by chance your Service Manager took my payment and asked if he could be of further assistance, in which I told him of my prior request to check-out my windshield washer flow stream. He took a look and corrected the issue with an air compressor in less than 15 minutes. Taking the time to listen and then taking action to assist is what I grew up accustomed to expecting in a car care service provider. Thank you Steve. Because of you I will give J K Chevrolet an opportunity when I purchase my wife's new vehicle next year.
