I honestly had the absolute best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had in my life. I've bought cars from other dealerships I've worked at before and it wasn't even close to the red carpet experience I was given here. They were able to help me trade in my 2019 Dodge Charger and get into a brand new 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer through GM Financial with a better rate than my Credit Union that I've been with for over 10 years, with no money down and my payments where I needed them to be (even though I was $11K upside down) all without any going back and forth. All I had to do was tell them the vehicle I wanted, where I needed my payments, what I wanted for my trade in and they made everything happen that I asked for then, all I had to do was sign. This is the first time I've ever bought a vehicle without being hassled for a down payment and didn't have to waste all day. From start to finish my whole deal was done within an hour. I couldn't have imagined a better deal!!!

Had paint and body work done paint don't match you can see sanding scratches in paint have to bring truck back

Dropped truck off Sunday night for oil change and tire rotation. Picked up truck Monday afternoon and realized whenever I got home that the tires didn't get rotated. Will have to go back after work and loose time out of my day when the truck was there all day monday. Guess I need to look before I leave the dealership next time.

I liked the treatment that the lady who is in charge of receiving the orders, the one who speaks Spanish, was concerned about my situation and treated me very kindly and made me feel calm that I was in good hands that would help me solve my problem

Well me an my wife was very disappointed with the service my 2017 chevy impala won't start so we got it towed to the dealership so they called an said it was the battery so I paid $454 for it then couple hrs later as my wife was going to work it wouldn't start go I had to give the car a jump an bring it back to the dealership I was very mad because we just got the car back within hrs so they checked it an come to find out it was the starter my warranty didn't cover it so I had to pay $662 dollars I was not pleased at all so the whole time it was the starter an not the battery very disappointed in the service an spent over a 1000 dollars.
