Confirmed Service Customer
I have already spoken with the manager about this issue. I made an appointment to drop my car off on Monday. I was advised 2-3 days. 2 issues and an oil change. They didnāt touch it Monday. Very difficult to get communication as I was paying for a rental car. By Thursday afternoon, only one issue was addressed. It was still sitting waiting for them to address the second issue. Still no oil change after 4 days. I couldnāt continue paying for a renal car for it to sit there. I just picked it up. Iāll find somewhere else to address the other issue. The manager was apologetic, but that doesnāt do anything about the unaddressed issues and the cost of a rental car for no reason.
