Lack of communication from service department. Upon initial contact with service department I was told that I could drop my truck off on Monday morning at 7 AM and they could diagnose the problem and time to repair and provide loaner vehicle. I left the truck 4 days and never heard anything from the service department. I needed the truck for the weekend and picked it up Thursday afternoon. I left a message after hours Sunday to see about bringing it back on the 23rd and was never contacted by JK. Will be going elsewhere for the remainder of my warranty work
