Confirmed Service Customer
Attention to detail is required. I was told my vehicle needed two new tires...a vehicle that just had a full set of new tires put on less than 6 months ago. After multiple questions back and forth between myself, service and mechanics I was advised it was not my vehicle that needed the new tires. I'm not sure what the mix-up really was. Everyone was looking confused. Then upon checking out my total was $20 more than the advertised price of the $64.95 oil change. I had to find an email sent to me from the dealership to show that I was aware of the price for an oil change even though the monitors behind the service reps show the $64.95 price. The price was adjusted (after me showing the email and pointing out the price on the monitors) and had I not been adamant about it I would have paid $20 more than I should have. I wonder how many people aren't adamant? Again, attention to detail.
