I went into the service department with a loud noise coming out of my muffler. They quickly diagnosed a split muffler. They found out the part wasn’t covered under the warranty and gave me an estimate of over $2000. They then went above and beyond to get the part covered. I walked out spending a little over $400 and was so excited for the savings. Today, Jamie Kendrick called and informed me they were able to get the entire repair covered and that I would receive a refund! The service JK provides is amazing and I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else!
