When I initially made the appointment I told them what I needed was an oil change and to get my navigational system updated. Well when I got there on the day of my appointment they told me my truck would not be ready until after noon. Now my appointment was at 8:00 a.m. my truck was ready at 10:00 a.m. and when I asked about the navigation update they told me that I had to order some disk. I found that to be unacceptable. They could have told me that on the day i made the appointment. I asked for a ride back to my house. They told me that shuttle bus was not in service. I also asked for coffee. They told me that they didn't do coffee because of Covid 19. Then I found that they could have directed me to the main building where they did have coffee. I just thought over all that they were un professional and this is the 1st time I have experienced that at JK. I was highly disappointed. Thank you.
