No pride No QC. I have a 2014 C7 I brought in clean for service they recommended a tune up oil change and a new set of tires. Over 2800 dollars. I agreed. When the C7 was ready they provided someone to pick me up. When I arrived paid the bill and they brought me my C7. It was dirty and the driver front tire was on a flat. Needless to say I was very disappointed that they would return my car like that. Dirty and a flat tire No Pride in service. I pointed out to the customer service rep about the condition of my car and she apologized and recommended for me to leave my C7 and they will detail and repair the new tire. When I pick it up the next day I noticed who drove my car left it in sport mode. I brought it in touring mode and less gas than was in it when I drop it off. They didn’t go over any work that was done. I ask about the warranty on the new tires ? They had to look it up. I ask about an alignment for the new tires. Everyone should know to get an alignment with new tires. Their machine was offline (broke) no recommendation to bring it back for alignment on my C7 Stingray. I belong to a corvette club and I share my experience with them and some of the members had an unprofessional service on their corvette’s. After i drove my Vette it drives normal again. When I got home I notice a small change on the new tire that was repaired. All C7 valve stem cap on the tires are original parts. They put a black rubber valve stem cap on the tire. Unbelievable NO QC (Quality Control) here’s your fob. I will continue to bring my C7 to JK to get serviced. Even though there service. Just have to continue to look at my C7 ask questions about any work that was done before I pick it up again. They did honor the 10% off of being a member. I will discuss the service I received and recommend the members to do their own QC before they leave. Good help is hard to fine.
