Confirmed Service Customer
I did not receive my vehicle in the same condition that I brought it in to be serviced and the company failed to rectify the situation. I contacted customer service over 3 days ago and still have not received a follow up with clarity as to how the company would help support me. If at all possible I'll never bring another vehicle to this location and am considering moving away from GM and Chevrolet products all together because of this service interaction.
