I did have a good experience with the young lady that checked me out. She was rude and obnoxious and basically ignored anything that I said. She was also very dismissive. I do not appreciate that kind of treatment. I have purchased 3 cars from JK over the years. Service department needs to do better, seriously. The other workers in the check in area were great. It's the young lady that was working at the counter past the parts department.
Took my car in Monday morning was told I could not get an appointment until Friday but I left my car anyway because the AC was out and they said maybe they could work it in and by Monday evening I got a call saying it was ready. What a deal!
Mr John Krane at JK Chevrolet in Nederland Texas was very helpful with the purchase and he also took time to help us and teach us the workings of the different electronic gadgets in the Traverse. He also assisted us in getting hooked up with GM and Onstar.
I had a 10:00 appointment and they took all day! I just went in to have my brakes checked and they charged me 166.00!!! Really!!! I had a high opinion about JK but now I think your service department stinks!!!!
I recently had to have my vehicle serviced for a factory recall. To make a long story short the work is now complete and seems that the issue is resolve and for that I am thankful. It took several calls without any call backs, being put on hold and leaving messages for any associates to communicate and answer my few questions regarding my vehicle over a a two month time period. The staff and even the manager I delt with directly were not friendly. It seemed as if they should not be in the positions to deal with the public with such bad attitudes. I am happy I can move forward from this and it reminded me of the reason I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership. Thanks for asking.
