Brought car in for replacement of filters and wipers and to do diagnostics on fan. Took longer than I anticipated but I was probably a little too anxious to be without a car (2 1/2 days). Maybe a car wash after service would be nice. They do this in Beaumont after service.

Paulette reached out to me letting me know I was due for an oil change. I contacted her back and asked if I could drop it off Friday morning. She said that would be fine. I dropped it off at 8am and they called to let me know it was ready about 11:30. Excellent service!

Lack of communication from service department. Upon initial contact with service department I was told that I could drop my truck off on Monday morning at 7 AM and they could diagnose the problem and time to repair and provide loaner vehicle. I left the truck 4 days and never heard anything from the service department. I needed the truck for the weekend and picked it up Thursday afternoon. I left a message after hours Sunday to see about bringing it back on the 23rd and was never contacted by JK. Will be going elsewhere for the remainder of my warranty work
