I had difficulty in scheduling an appointment. I had to personally come to the dealership to get an appointment. I tried the on line app, it always said call dealer, when I called, I was told the reps were busy and they would call me back, they never called back.
I am the proud owner of a 2017 Chevrolet Impala. I recently went JK Chevorlet to get my oil changed. The waiting room was very nice. Brenda Bushong was very professional. She informed me of the services I would get with the oil change and that I would be worked into the Saturday schedule. I was in the service department for 1.5 hours. This was fast for me. Also, this was a complimentary oil change. Thanks JK Chevrolet!!!
Shane in the service department displayed excellent customer service. He was very attentive and worked tirelessly to find the root of the reoccurring problem. He was very personable, courteous and professional.
My experience was awesome BUT the focus on this survey was annoying. I was told about this survey and how to respond to this survey 4-5 times before I drove away. I would have preferred to have been told to expect it and let me answer the questions based on my experience rather than being told that anything less than an excellent answer is considered a fail. Everything truly was great.....I would have answered that way anyway!
Dealership service manager called me two days after I sent my car to them to tell me they did not want to find and fix the problem with my 2004 Corvette. I paid $65 to send by wrecker it there(after talking to a service rep on the phone and describing the problems and was told to send it) and had to pay another wrecker fee of $150 to send it to someone who would. That wasted everyone's time and my money.
My Chevy Equinox drinks more gas since I had this last service done to my car. Why is that? And I believe I smell gas every time I put gas in it and drive. I don't think I should smell gas while driving. Also, there was no windshield washer cleaner in the car. Not one drop. I always buy some when it goes out. But, there has to be some put in for it to be used up. In this case, none was put in. Tell me what I should do?
JK was great to work with! My service rep was awesome and kept me informed about what was going on with my Tahoe and what my options were. To add to my experience, I brought my car in dirty and they cleaned it up free of charge ! I will definitely go back to JK and would recommend them to anyone.
