Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to drop off my vehicle and be worked in right away. I was even given a ride back to work while my vehicle was having the oil changed. I would highly recommend the service department to anyone.
The only complaint I have is it took too long to get car fixed. We brought it in Thursday and they said bring it back Friday. We brought it back Friday and they said they didn't have time and bring it the next Tuesday. Kind of disappointing
I bought a brand new Chevolet Impala 2017 from JK Chevrolet with 3 miles on the odometer. I recently had problems with the catalytic converter. When I got my car back, I could still smell the fumes inside my car from the exhaust. I could barely breath. The next day I brought my car back. I was taken aback by this experience. A customer should never smell fumes inside the car from the exhaust manifold and converter. I was not pleased at all.
They did not detect the noise in the dash which is still there when I turn the car off. Dealership needs a better disable ramp and when leaving, it would be nice for the car to be located close to ramp for those with walking aids.
Right out of the gate I was greeted with a hand shake and a smile by Mr. Luke aka "The Truck Whisperer". Between him and Don I had all my questions answered for me and I was in and out with what I was looking for in no time. They both rock like 80's metal \m/ \m/ Thank you JK team for another great deal and I'll be seeing you guys again in a few years!
Every time I have a vehicle serviced, they always look it over to let me know of potential problems and issues, and even show me directly what they're talking about. Also, getting appointments set up much easier than tge dealership in Beaumont.
