I liked the treatment that the lady who is in charge of receiving the orders, the one who speaks Spanish, was concerned about my situation and treated me very kindly and made me feel calm that I was in good hands that would help me solve my problem

Well me an my wife was very disappointed with the service my 2017 chevy impala won't start so we got it towed to the dealership so they called an said it was the battery so I paid $454 for it then couple hrs later as my wife was going to work it wouldn't start go I had to give the car a jump an bring it back to the dealership I was very mad because we just got the car back within hrs so they checked it an come to find out it was the starter my warranty didn't cover it so I had to pay $662 dollars I was not pleased at all so the whole time it was the starter an not the battery very disappointed in the service an spent over a 1000 dollars.

Just Love the service I received. I called in that morning and was told to come on in. They checked out my corvette. They. gave me a shutter to get home and picked me back up to get my car. I had a great expertise with J K Chevy. Just love the service I received. Thanks

I just did not like that I had to wait 20 min to pay the cashier and while waiting I witnessed an employee being rude to a customer. I would hope to not ever deal with that. Other than that, my experience was great.

Your service department checked me in immediately, took my truck back for fuel filter replacement. It took a longer than I expected but things happen. As a business owner, I know how difficult it is to get my vision all the way down the chain so the customer gets that experience. JK has made the commitment and it shows. It never stops improving.

JK redeemed themselves. I took the truck in for oil leak and diesel leak. The leaks had been caused by poor workmanship by another dealer. Jamie the general manager got involved and bent over backwards to help. The truck was repaired on march 8th I did have to pay for the work because it was not warranty it was poor workmanship by other dealer. I do have a call into Chevrolet customer service. But as far as JK Chevrolet the people treated me with respect and listened to what I was saying. They did such a good job Iām buying a new truck from them.
