JK Chevrolet did a great job on the service of my 2012 Cruze. They explained the mechanical problem that occured to my car. I rate their handling of this problem as excellent. I do have some questions for GM on the particular parts used and the some explanation to give me confidence this problem will not occur in the future. Regards, Alvis Gore
